Eligibility: Class 12 with English as one of the subjects Selection: Merit based Focus: The Ashok Institute of Hospitality and Tourism Management (AIH&TM) has improvised the bachelors syllabus based on international standards by adding fourth year with globally relevant subjects such as international hotel marketing, speciality catering operations, computerised hotel operations, accommodations management (interior design and renovation), revenue management, event management, international hotels and catering laws, French language etc and introducing foreign internship training (six months) abroad.
